Located at the prestigious Broadway business corridor, the packaged office provides a strategic location and fist class working environment for its tenants. As a value-added service to our tenants, they are invited to S.U.C.C.E.S.S. networking events and will have excellent opportunities to expand their business contacts and accelerate growth.

Office Space

  • 1 person room with phone and internet. Rate: $650/per month
  • 2 person room with phone and internet. Rate: $780/per month


Conference Room

  • Boardroom (seats 6-12) rental rate is $50 per hour
  • Conference room (seats 2-6) rental rate is $30 per hour*
  • Equipped with LCD projector, Roll-Up Screen, Flip Chart, TV &VCR*

 

Mailbox Rental Services

  • 6-months and 12-monthlys mail box rental at $115 and $170 respectively. (HST included)
  • Access Hours: Monday through Friday between 9:00am and 5:00pm, except holidays.
  • Mail Forwarding Services: Each time $5 plus postage (except parcels)
  • Fax Services: Sending-$1 per page plus any long distance charges. Receiving-20 free pages per month; over the limit charges $0.15 per page
  • Advance payment and $40 deposit required
